Posting: Circulation Assistant
Job Description:
The Limestone Township Library is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented
individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service
as a part-time Circulation Assistant. Under the supervision of the
Library Director, the Circulation Assistant performs tasks relating
to circulating library materials, registering users, basic computer
troubleshooting, and general patron assistance.
Part Time - Hours: 10-12/week
Requirements:
The applicant must be able to provide excellent customer service,
be organized, detail-oriented and accurate. They must have a flexible
schedule and a good sense of humor. Good communication skills (both
oral and written) and experience with computers and current office
software are required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and/or previous library
experience preferred.
• At least one year experience in a public contact position.
• Evenings and weekends are required with this position.
Salary: $8.25/hour
