The Sign!

After a tornado (or micro-burst) slammed the original plywood sign into the side of our building we have a new durable identification! It is It is made of cement block with limestone trim on a concrete pad. The face is a weather proof plexiglas.

Many wonderful people have contributed to its' construction and the trustees and staff of LTL are grateful for their support.

Thank you everyone!
  • The Friends of the Library who have done a variety of fund raising projects to help with construction expenses. Our patrons who have made donations to the cause.
  • Berghouse Concrete who donated and constructed the base pad.
  • Gary Dahn who built the sign and trim as well as supervised the whole thing.
  • Libby Wasser for the original design.Jason Tanner for the lettering.
  • Our insurance company who cheerfully paid us twice for the sign after the first replacement was damaged.Greg Dorsey for security options.
  • The members of the Board of Trustees who never gave up on the project.
Go Green with us:
We are collecting plastic caps from
containers, old cell phones and inkjets.
