Coming to the Library

 


Paper Pumpkins - Adult Craft Night  

Monday, October 3 at 6:30 P.M. 

Spend Monday night at the library with family and/or friends while creating these adorable paper pumpkins. 



We invite teens (13-18) to bring some friends to make a collection of                    Fairy House Planters at our              YA Craft Night on                       Tuesday, October 4 at 6:00 P.M.      We will be using a terra cotta planter, sand, stones and other materials to create some magic.




Storytime
will meet Wednesday mornings at 10:15 A.M. in person with Ms. Holly reading an exciting picture book or two and work on a craft to help preschoolers discover the joy of reading! George, our giant stuffed monkey, will also attend for children who want to practice their reading skills by reading to George!






The library will be Closed on Monday, October 10 in observance of Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day

We will re-open on Tuesday, October 11 

at 10:00 A.M.




Adult Book Club 

Tuesday, October 11  

6:30 P.M. 

This month we are discussing Hidden Figures by Margot Lee Shetterly. Copies of the book are available at the Front Desk. 

This is a One Book One Community program.



YA Drop-In Movie Night

 Thursday, October 13 at 5:30 P.M. 

We are watching The Hate You Give, based on the novel of the same name by Angie Thomas. A discussion time after the movie will be held as wanted. Popcorn and water will be served. 

This is a One Book One Community event.
