Duct Tape Pencil Pouches
Have fun making Duct Tape Pencil Pouches on Tuesday,
June 21 at 1:00 P.M. Young Adults can come to learn a new craft by turning duct tape into
a pencil pouch or wallet. Please register ahead of time before the program.
Standing Guard: Protecting What You've Worked For
We invite the community to attend Standing
Guard: Protecting What You've Worked For on Tuesday, June 21 at 4:30 P.M. in
our Community Meeting Room. Adam Elroy, financial advisor with Edward Jones, will share strategies
you can use to help prepare for the unexpected.
Story Time takes place on Wednesdays. We will meet at 10:15 A.M. in person with Mr. William to read an exciting picture book or two and work on a craft to help preschoolers discover the joy of reading! George, our giant stuffed monkey, will be in attendance for children who want to practice their reading skills by reading to George!
S.T.E.M.onade Stand
Every Wednesday, kids in 3rd grade and up can come to the library for a new Take-and-Make craft from our S.T.E.M.onade Stand. These bags contain items to make a fun STEM inspired craft. Directions included. June 22 will feature a Fibonacci Bracelet.
Drop-In Maker Space
Drop-In
Maker Space is happening on Friday, June 24 for the entire family. Have a craft you want to finish or want to work on
something from our Maker Space Cart? Drop in the library and find something
creative to work on.
Weekend Crafting
Saturdays features a
Weekend Crafting Session. On Saturday, June 25 we are going to Tie Dye in two
sessions. Kids in 4th-8th grades are to come at 11:00
A.M. High School age and Adults will have a session at 1:00 P.M. Participants need to bring their own tee
shirts.
