Instructor Julia McDonald is going to teach us meditation techniques and breathing awareness by using gentle movement to increase mobility of the spine, shoulders and hips.

How to Catch a Leprechaun

to capture the quick-footed fellow and his pot of gold. All supplies are
provided, there is no fee for this program.
