Due to snow and high winds, the library will be CLOSED today, Monday, January 28th. We will re-open Tuesday at 10 AM.
In addition, due to the significant wind chill forecasted, the library will be CLOSED this Wednesday and Thursday.
The week is shaping up to be a great time to cuddle up with hot cocoa or tea, and of course, a good book!

Job Posting: Program and Outreach Services Coordinator
The Limestone Township Library District is looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual with exemplary
communication skills and a sense of humor,
who loves open interaction with all ages, but particularly children
and young adults.
Must be able to provide excellent customer service, be flexible, organized, and detail oriented.
Must be able to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
Under the administration of the Library Director, the Program and Outreach Services Coordinator is
responsible for the creation and implementation of programming for all ages; acts as liaison between the
library and local schools as well as other community organizations in promoting library programs, resources,
and services; and assists with collection development.
Requirements: Associates Degree, or equivalent (or higher); preferably in education or related field Two years’ experience (or greater) working with children in a public contact position;
children’s service
experience in a public library preferred.
Deadline for applications: January 22, 2019, or until filled
