Author Visit with J Dennis Marek
The Ultimate Survivor

J. Dennis Marek wrote about the incredible story of Wally Pieszka, now a Bonfield resident, who wore the uniforms of both Nazi Germany and the Allied Forces, and survived the toughest challenges of the Twentieth century. Meet with Marek as he shares his experience of writing this amazing story.

GRFK - Summer Sensory Play

Getting Ready for Kindergarten program welcomes you to come and enjoy SUMMER sensory play! This program for children ages 3-5 years old who are not yet in kindergarten is funded by a grant from the Community Works fund from the Community Foundation of Kankakee River Valley. 


Family Festival

Come one, come all; big and small. Enjoy the afternoon at our 1st annual family festival with face painting, water balloons, Ruel's Reps, Limestone Fire Department, Chicago Jedi, fun carnival games, and more.
