Adult Scrabble
Monday, April 9th
6:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.
Come out for a night of fun as you battle against opponents to see who can score the most points building words tile by tile.

Tues., April 10th
10:00 – 11:00 A.M.
Enjoy the mix of crafts, stories, and music to help young children develop a love for reading. Parents and guardians can bring their 6-months to 5-year-old children.

Join us for lively conversation as we discuss April’s book selection, Orphan #8 by Kim van Alkemade. Books are available at the front desk.

Monarch Book Club

Kids in 1st -3rd Grade have their own book club. We will read the book of the month at our gathering time and have a crafting session.

BlueStem Book Club
Saturday, April 14th
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Kids in 3rd – 5th Grade will meet each month to discuss a book from the Bluestem Award Nominee list. The book for the April meeting will be Hilo: the Boy Who Crashed to Earth by Judd Winick. Books will be available at the Front Desk.

Tiny Explorers
Tuesday, April 17th
10:00 A.M. – 11:00 P.M.
Playing at a number of stations, children will learn fine motor skills with the help of manipulatives. Activities are meant for children from ages 6 months to 5 years old.

Earth Day Celebration! – Recyclable Art
Saturday, April 21st
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Mark Mother Earth’s special day by creating art from materials that  have been used in some other way first. It is amazing what we can make from what we would throw away.
