Storytime Returns!
Tues., Feb. 6th
10:00 – 11:00 A.M.
Enjoy the mix of crafts, stories, and music to help young children develop a love for reading. Parents and guardians can bring their 6-months to 5-year-old children.




Banzai Financial Literacy
Thursday, February 8th and February 15th
6:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.
Children in 6th – 8th Grade
Banzai is a computer based educational tool that helps teach the value of a dollar. Sponsored by Riverside Community Credit Union, the program includes a pre-test, Life Scenarios, that take the participant through a group of life financial situations such as budgets, insurance, debt, rent, and wise spending habits , a game and a post-test. This program is a two-part program and will also be held on February 15th.

Monarch Book Club
Saturday, February 10th
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
1st- 3rd Grade
Kids in 1st -3rd Grade have their own book club. We will read the book of the month at our gathering time and have a crafting session.


BlueStem Book Club
Saturday, February 10th
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Kids in 3rd – 5th Grade will meet each month to discuss a book from the Bluestem Award Nominee list. The book for the January meeting will be Soar by Joan Bauer. Books will be available at the Front Desk.

Join us for lively discussion as we talk about The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton. There are books available at the Desk. We can always put more on hold.

Lego Building
Saturday, February 17th
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Our Lego building blocks and your creativity can only add up to lots of fun at the library. Join us and other Lego enthusiasts for an afternoon of building fun. For children in Kindergarten and up.
