Getting
Ready for Kindergarten – My Furry Friends

Ages 3 – 5 years old
Join us as we have fun with our furry
friends as a part of our yearlong Getting Ready For Kindergarten (GRFK)
program. You must be in the GRFK program in order to participate. This program
is funded by a grant from the Community Works fund from the Community
Foundation of Kankakee River Valley.
Lego Building
Saturday, January 6th
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Our Lego building blocks and your creativity can only add up to
lots of fun at the library. Join us and other Lego enthusiasts for an afternoon
of building fun. For children in Kindergarten and up.
Adult Scrabble
Monday, January 8th

Come out for a night of
fun as you battle against opponents to see who can score the most points
building words tile by tile.
Adult Book Club

will meet each month to discuss a book from the Bluestem Award Nominee list.
The book for the January meeting will be Stick
Dog by Tom Watson. Books will be available at the Front Desk.
