Summer Reading Program – Reading By Design
Sign Up Begins May 24th
We hope you are ready for a great summer reading program! This year’s theme encompasses programs that allow you to be the creator. Ages of the participants are children from Pre-K through Adults. Registration begins on May 24th and runs through June 17th. You must register for the reading program in person at the Library. The Kick-Off Event will be held on June 10th.


Monarch Book Club
Monday, June 5th
6:30 PM – 7:30 P.M.
1st- 3rd Grade
Kids in 1st -3rd Grade have their own book club. We will read the book of the month at our gathering time and have a crafting session.




Adult Craft
Tuesday, June 6th
6:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.
Get out for a night of Crafting something fun for the season. All supplies are included and there is no fee.





Semi-Annual Book Sale
Starts Wednesday, June 7th
Stop in at the Library for our Semi-Annual Book Sale sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Hardbacks cost $1.00 each and paperbacks are $.25 each. Children’s books are $.25 each. There will be many different titles. The sale runs through Thursday, June 29th

Summer Reading Kick-Off

All Ages
Join us for an afternoon of Easel Drawing as we celebrate our Summer Reading Program of Reading By Design. Create your own designs on easels we will have set up in the meeting room.

a whole lot of fun this summer. 

Find our programs on the Newsletter Tab and the Adult, Kids, and Young Adult tabs. 

Registration must be done in person at the Library.

Meeting most Tuesdays at 10:00 A.M.,  Enjoy the mix of crafts, stories, and music to help young children develop a love for reading. Parents and guardians can bring their 6-months to 5-year-old children

Come for Storytime in the Evening. Enjoy the mix of crafts, stories, and music to help young children develop a love for reading. Parents and guardians can bring their 6-months to 5-year-old children.

Mother’s Day Craft
Saturday, May 6
1:00 P.M. – 2P.M.
For Kids in Kindergarten and up
Work on a craft that is suitable for being a gift to Mom on her special day. All supplies are provided, there is no cost for this program.


Adult Book Club                                                                                  
Tuesday, May 9                                                                                                    6:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.                                                                                            Join us for lively discussion as we explore various genres every month. This month’s selection is My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She’s Sorry by Fredrik Backman. Pick up a book at the Front Desk when you register. We can put a book on hold if needed.
