Programs start on June 11

Movie – Kung Fu Panda 2                                                                                                                 Saturday, June 11,                                                                                                                              11:30 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.,                                                                                                                       All Ages,                                                                                                                                             Join us for the kick-off of the Summer Reading Program with a fun time watching the Jack Black comedy animation feature Kung Fu Panda 2 and stick around for a Panda Treat.

Adult Email Basics
Monday, June 13   
10:15-11:30 A.M.   
Learn how to do the basics of email: creating letters and attaching files are some of the skills that will be taught. If you do not have an email the instructor will show you how to create a free email account.

Lego Robotics Summer Camp                                                                                                   Monday, June 13 – Thursday, June 16,                                                       1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.,                                                                                 4th through 8th Grade                                                                                 Want to build a robot out of Legos? Kids will get the opportunity to design, build, and program a robot using the Lego Mindstorm NXT Robotic Kits. Working as a team, kids will complete tasks and keep track of their findings in order to complete the robotics challenge by the end of camp. Presented by the University of Illinois Extension Office. Cost for the program is $10.

Storytime
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 A.M.
Storytime is a mix of crafts, stories, and music to help young children develop a love for reading. Parents and guardians can bring their 6-months to five-year-old children.

Stay Thirsty - Dehydration  & Hydration                                                                                   Tuesday, June 14th                                                                                                                              6:30 P.M.                                                                                                                                              Hear about powerful new methods to enhance performance and reduce injury through fluid intake will be presented by the Doctors of the Foundation of Wellness Professionals.

Father's Day Craft

Kindergarten and up
Make a special craft for dad by creating a special wind chime with Miss Pat. All supplies are provided, there is no fee for this program.

Coloring for Adults
Friday, June 17
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Come for an afternoon of coloring and relaxation as you create beautiful pictures. Bring your own coloring book and medium (colored pencils, markers, or crayons) or use our colored pencils and coloring pages.


Father and Child Lego Building
Saturday, June 18,
11:00 A.M. – 12 Noon or 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Make it a special day with Dad in an afternoon of building fun. For children in Kindergarten and older.

Adult Intro to the Internet
Monday, June 20  
10:15-11:30 A.M.
Learn the basics of the Internet: how to find the information you want, how to store it, and how to share it.
