Lowe's Build and Grow Clinic
Saturday, April 23
 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. 
Join Lowe's and the library in celebrating National Craft Month. Lowe's will be at the library to conduct a Build and Grow Clinic for kids in Kindergarten and up. All supplies are included. Sign up soon as possible, space is limited.


Storytime
Tuesday, April 26th and Thursday, April 28 at 10:00 A.M.
 Storytime is a mix of crafts, stories, and music to help young children develop a love for reading. Parents and guardians can bring their 6-months to five-year-old children.



How Full is Your Filing Cabinet?

Sasha Grabenstetter from the U of I Extension Office brings us a program during Money Smart Week. This program helps you to know when you can get rid of those documents that you have kept forever and other helpful hints to help you clean out your filing cabinet.





Intro to Chess

A very beginning class about the game of Chess. If you have never played
this class is for you. Spaces are limited. Please bring a chess board.
For kids in 5th through 8th grade.


Lego Building

Our Lego building blocks and your creativity can only add up to lots of fun at the library. Join us and other Lego enthusiasts for an afternoon of building fun. For children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Our next date for Lego Building is Saturday, May 7th.

The Big Book Project

Ever thought about taking on a challenging book 
but didn’t want to do it all by yourself?


KALA is sponsoring The Big Book Event
 from April 2016 through April 2017 featuring

Moby Dick by Herman Melville

People can join a Big Book Project group and work through the novel over the course of a year.





Limestone Township Library District will kick off their Big Book Project year
