This Week at the Library





Read to the Dog   -   Monday, June 23   -    6:30 P.M. till 7:30 P.M.
Area certified therapy dogs will be at the Library and wish to have children read their favorite books to the dogs. Those children who are unable to This program is for students in pre-kindergarten students and older along with their parents.





Kid Art Works  -  Tuesday, June 17  - 1:00 P.M. till  2:00 P.M.
Carra Mau-Bridges will instruct children using a variety of mediums: Canvas Painting, Origami, Drawing, and Watercolors. Each lesson will revolve around a famous artist. For children in grades Kindergarten thru Second grade.


 

Book Time with Ronald McDonald  - Wednesday, June 18  -  1:00 P.M.
Join us for a visit from Ronald McDonald who will read some books and show us a little magic. For ages Kindergarten through second grades.



 
Craft Days  -  Thursday, June 19 - 1:00 P.M.
Have fun making a craft that are something to bark about. Today, we are working on making Animal Planters. For grades 3rd through 5th.


Pastel Purrfection – Saturday, June 21st   -  1:00 P.M. 
Artists who are in 4th Grade and up can join us for an afternoon of discovery and inspiration of the artist Laurel Burch who creates fantastic felines. Young artists will enjoy creating a purrfect cat using pastels and mixed media in the style of this colorful and whimsical artist. Jan Glazar of Art Start Studio will lead the class. Space is limited, registration deadline is June 15th
